DAYS TO SHIP
Each bracelet is handmade. We are a small family operation and we do our best to ship orders within three to five business days. We have set aside time for family on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays and we will get to your orders as soon as we can! Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
WRONG ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to the wrong address been provided or non-claimed delivery, we require an additional postage fee to be paid to resend the item.
BULK ORDERS
For bulk orders of four or more bracelets, please feel free to email me at kristy.n@hotmail.com to make the ordering process easier for you.
